The Ducks get 3 players with tons of potential to go along with the other 2 players we traded for. The Ducks gave up a lot of picks but the Ducks draft was last season when we had like 9 or 10 picks maybe more.

I also get 3 proven players compared to who I might or might not get this time around plus these 3 prospects are way better than any prospect I can get in the Supplemental Draft.

Draft picks can be a crapshoot especially with our FNHL Entry Draft format. This deal is a great big W for and depending on what Vegas does or doesn't with their new bag of picks still could work out very well for VGK. Haydn Fleury is a great addition for any team, any time, any where.
