Ramo is a wildcard here. No more than a backup at best. Kopitar is a bigtime player. Still only 29. Didn't like this at first but I see what the teams want from the deal.

Got to move talent to get talent. Hate dealing Lucic and Kopitar but wanted JT badly. Doesn't everyone?!

The key to making this a brilliant deal might be Wilson if he gets more playing time with the top players in PIT but won't hold my breath. The spec G is a wait and see project. He's more than a little backlogged in the Peg but he's got a future somewhere in 3 yrs.

We'll know who won this trade soon enough. Preds are the 5th best team in FNHL right now. If we sink lower, this was a dumb trade. If we climb, this will be genius.

Been kicking the tires on Miller forever. Happy we got her done JD

We've been talking about Lucic since end of last season. Its evolved from there over mths because I wouldnt do Lucic for JT straight up.
