He's getting a goaltender in return who will be playing in front of a hungry/healthy Avs team next season and 2 good young players and a #1 overall pick. Yes he's trading away a great RW, but using the fact that Brodeur is the best is refering to the PAST, not present. You on the other hand are trading away ONE good player for 3 good players and a pick. How are they even close?
You knew what I meant about about the #1 pick thing. The fact that you just made a smart a-- comment directed at a typo really doesn't sit well with me at all. I will politely resign from the trade committee as of now and will comment only on my own future trades.
