Good 3-way trade gents. God damn well done indeed! I'm jealous and I'm not the jealous type. LOL

I was shopping Getzlaf because I felt that both Perry/Getzlaf next year would mean that I'd be dependent on Anaheim a lot. Like Josi and Turris going forward and looking to build the team with them involved for a foreseeable future.

PR and I were really hoping the next Wild owner would trade off some of that talent in Minnesota and get a package to fill out that roster. Great move by Snygg! I don't envy the other 2 getting big contracts in return but then again Getzlaf and Seguin are no slouches either.

IMHO St.Louis may have been better served with the status quo keeping Tyler Seguin on the Blues active roster.



It is great to see competitive owners making the necessary adjustments to stay ahead of the pack. I also agree that Minnesota has come out of this trade ahead. Win to but also to all three teams for successfully completing a 3-way trade.
