We're giving up some great players but we're also getting great players back and more importantly, players that play Chicago's brand of hockey. The keys to this deal were Luke and a guy I'm really high on, Joe Morrow!

This is a win for both teams. I get the defensemen I've been shopping and even though I have to give up Johnny Boy to get this trade done we feel Chicago is better after this deal.

We talked about this deal for a long time but we finally got the right players into the mix recently. Joe Morrow is a highend prospect and he was someone I didn't want to trade but I like the young goalie and winger coming back. I hope the guys I'm getting play because they're starting to get benched or hurt.
