Regular Season & Playoffs:

Last Day of Regular Season:
Sunday March 27th (end of scoring period 22)

Round 1: WildCard Round (Scoring period 23 - March 28th to April 3rd)
Higher overall 1 seed between Sedin/Gilmour vs WC4
Lower overall 1 seed between Sedin/Gilmour vs WC3
Higher overall 2 seed between Sedin/Gilmour vs WC2
Lower overall 2 seed between Sedin/Gilmour vs WC1

Round 2: Semi Finals - Highest seeds play lowest seeds in brackets (Scoring period 24 - April 4th to April 10th)
Example:
1st Sedin vs. 2nd Sedin
1st Gilmour vs. 2nd Gilmour

Round 3: Finals - 2 Week Match-up (Scoring period 25 and 26 - April 11th to April 29th)
ie. 1st Sedin vs 1st Gilmour

Given situation this deal is a fair bit better than previous one and fact Cards were not using picks I can more easily justify

This does allow Cards to be super aggressive in international market with 9m in funds.

Doing this deal to continue building up minors up for future years. I am pretty high on Sanmartin but decided this deal is still worth the investment dealing him. Weimer/Gorski were part of previous discussions, just didn't make sense in that one but happy to add them now. I am also pretty high on Bello and while he may not become a true Ace definitely has upside of #2/3 starter eventually.

Stars Trade:

LW Tomas Tatar $4.1m 2022-23
D Ben Chiarot $1.8m 2022-23

Leafs Trade:

RW Alex Radulov $3.1m 2021-22
LW Nick Ritchie $1.3m 2022-23
D Brett Pesce $3m 2021-22

LW has been a weak spot all year so Tatar will be a nice boost, albeit a little over priced. I was expecting more from Radulov and to a lesser degree Ritchie but got tired of waiting. Being deep at RW and no cap to call up Ritchie, to get the the LW production, made both even more expandable.

Dmen included mainly to make my cap work. I like Pesce a bit more for offensive upside and being few years younger, but Chiarot gets more grinder stats. With our settings they are pretty much identical per game basis so far this year.
