Wasn't satisfied with Williams so get a bit of an upgrade in Barton. Future cap is still issue  for me but get the 2nd to take it on and I will figure it out come offseason, might not keep Barton past this year.

Note: Money on Williams edited from 2m to 1.6m so I am legal this year, minor miscalculation on my end. Along with minor pending update on previous trade for money paid on Joe Harris everything here gets me right at limit this year.
