Simple 1 for 1 deal. I like Nowell long term but this offer came in and Jackson can be more useful for me this year and getting him paid helps with my roster situation.

When Processing: I've moved Drummond to IR to open spot. Didn't have cap to do anything so had no need earlier but now Jackson will take spot and I'll see on other moves later, especially since Cavs taking their time trading Drummond real life.

Also worth mentioning, I just released Bonino as he was part of Tarasenko LTIR replacement and currently no rule against bidding on released/boughtout players immediately. Only reply here if you want to bid on Bonino but figure worth mentioning and perhaps a minor offseason change to put a 30 day restriction on bidding on released players might be worth considering.

Mostly was looking to get some needed cap room to convert Ceci from IR replacement to full contract and had Debrusk availble. This year Debrusk hasnt done much but do still see upside just not as high as I was earlier. Decided to take a shot on Blichfield for him and also for fun continue stockpilling 2022 5th rounders and will see eventually if I deal some away.
