The Angels and A's have agreed to the following:

Angels receive:
Ryan Webb $0.5 (P-n/a)

A's receive:
Angels 8th round, pick 8 (2010)(from Cubs)

The Angels hope that Webb's move to San Diego and the possibility he will be only behind Bell and Gregerson in the bullpen will nab him some solid playing time next season.  His youth doesn't hurt, either.  A's to confirm.
