RE Team Page: Reviews, Revisions, New Updates

to all owner/GMs,

your team page has been updated for the start of Free Agency in FNHL. it was necessary as we also wanted to prepare fantrax prior to the start of the FNHL season in October, we clearly delivered fantrax well in advance. 

WHAT WAS REVIEWED, REVISED & INTRO'ED ON TEAM PG's

• hyperlinked all owner/GM names to make it easier to contact that person + consistent with most ProFSL pools
• new 2012-13 salary cap applied
• reviewed / recalculated salary total by position
• reviewed / recalculated salary totals for entire team
• recalculated new cap space given new cap '12-'13 ceiling
• re-organized players (per each position) with upcoming contracts expiring at the top + latest expiring date at the bottom
• new section: to flag team violations
• new section: to indicate most recent comprehensive team pg review /clean-up /audit
• new section: mini legend at the bottom to explain notations (ex. EL = Entry Level contract, LTIR = Long-term injured reserve,  flags MiLR games exceeded violation, etc.)
• MiLR revised formatting to display the player's actual NHL draft yr, round + position to help with promotion + contract signing and overall inventory management - updates in progress (will ask teams to submit this info...)
• new section: "Management" section added so you know who's been running your team before you - updates in progress throughout season (lower priority)
• simple color adjustment to team names to match NHL logo where possible... that's just me
• pending change: allow owner/GM's to name their Minor League team ... post your Minor League team name + pick a ProFSL verified logo on the Franchise NHL home pg and i'll update it (refer this pg for available logos)

... it's all part of organizing a great experience for all to enjoy!

Ottawa's minor league team will be relocated to the suburb of Hinsdale, IL where I grew up and be named the Hinsdale Vikings using the Minnesota Vikings logo.

The original settlers of the region included lots of Scandanavians especially Swedes.

this is the old Disney team of the Ducks.....as chicago and toronto has  team in NHL and AHL.. then thats why i choose also anaheim as my minor city name and as logo ..

Alright guess I'll have to settle for my second choice, the Hyde Park Knights

I choose the name Buffalo Bisons who were an AHL team from 1940-70. I will choose the Buffalo Bills logo as the logo.
