I voted no as our league uses a salary cap unlike real life. We can’t conpare apples to oranges. That said, as our salary cap has risen over the years we’ve raised arb mins (they used to be 400,440,480)
I agree they have to gradually go up over time but it seems to needlessly complicate things to have uneven different numbers every year when we can do it ourselves periodically with round numbers and perhaps keep it more in line with our salary cap structure.
It’s not that big of deal but seems like unnecessary complications in a league that’s already hard for admins to keep up with (hence the massive burnout and turnover in commish’s and people helping commish)
