Pending Approval: Edmonton sends Jimmy Howard to IR and keeps Lowry on as a replacement for now.

Well soak it in guys, it is a lot to look at. Edmonton needed to change up it's goalie situation and I found the only way I could how. Edmonton does this to swap Carolina's goalies for Detroit's goalies. Here is the jist of the trade. Edmonton sends 2 NHL goalies for 2 NHL goalies plus for the difference previous season's performance, we also send 3 goalie prospects! For cap differences and balancing Edmonton then had to ship out Kopitar and Sharp for Anisimov, Beleskey, and Komarov. I felt like that was a fair deal but to make sure this deal got done, I threw in a current NHLers in Quine and Faksa and a high potential prospect in Hawryluk.
Ok folks, let's see how this shakes out!

Had to think a little on this one but decided to go for it.Only two I hate seeing go are Anisimov and Mrazek.With the return Cam seems to have come out of his funk and playing somewhat better,but Canes are not that good.I do like the Goalies I get here and it's the main reason i'm doing the trade.Kincaid is a solid backup and Lack,Campbell and Merzlikins are going to be interesting to watch.Kopitar and Sharp are solid but have to wait on Sharp a little while.Faksa and Quine are very interesting players who could help me out in a few years,hopefully Faksa.
