I understand what your saying Drew I like the idea although I don't know why you would take a chance on them if they haven't made the jump in 4 years.
Oh I was a little confused. I think I understand now. I think it should stay his draft position or 50% his salary.(which ever is higher) I also think It should be 5 years after his draft year.
