Glad to receive help from PPG to recruit new owners for Franchise NHL.
PPG will help in recruiting new owners. A new pay-to-play fee structure will be established for new owners to ensure they are committed to the league.

The fees collected will help cover the Fantrax fee of 79.95$ (they increased it) and residual funds will be paid out to the winner once I've reviewed costs.
