How did buddy extend crosby last year before the season started?  We were all told at that time that there was a period before the season started that extensions could be made using the last 2 seasons that the 15 day rule only started after the season began.

Correct me if I am wrong?

i'll go double check.

i recall what you're referring too... at the same time last year there was a ... uhm, "transition phase" from the 2011-12 commissioners to someone else who stepped in a disappeared after 1 week, then i came on to commish.

some rules were unclear and deadlines hadn't been set when i took over in late July 2012...

heads up: expect the current rule to stick since it's been in place since aug-sept of last yr.
