Can we have a separate trade block for the Yankees?  This was ridiculous a few months ago, but keeps on going, and defeats the purpose of a common thread for all to use.

Guys that I am looking to move + eat some salary

C Martin, Russell, $4m (2012)   $4m   $4m
OF Francoeur, Jeff, $5m (2012)   $5m   $5m
MI Aviles, Mike, $2.5m (2012)   $2.5m   $2.5m
SP Hammel, Jason, $7m (2013)   $7m   $7m   $7m
CI-MI Wigginton, Ty, $5m (2013), signed 1/4/11   $5m   $5m   $5m

Everybody else can move but these are the guys I could part ways with easiest. Am looking for young depth perferable in the OF or C spot but willing to listen. Just bear in mind that I am new and that my offers may be way off so no offer is meant to offend just me trying to get a deal done!

looking to get rid of these players before the deadline:
RP Accardo, Jeremy, $0.5m (2011)
CI Barton, Daric, $0.5m (P-2011)
was 23rd best player last year and only has to be payed 8 mil next year so would be good if you have extra cap
P Benoit, Joaquin, $1.5m (2013)
MI Counsell, Craig, $1m (2011)
C Doumit, Ryan, $4m (2013)
- 3.5 this year and could really help a team needing a catcher
P Perez, Chris, $0.5m (P-2011)
OF Thames, Marcus, $0.5m (2011)

  • Daddy: Just know, if you miss time at any point of the year, not just the active season. You have missed a lot. You've probably fallen behind your competition. Ten-Fifteen guys in all three of those leagues dont ever miss any opportunities.
