Vancouver was shopping Perry to add depth in defense...Beauc is nice nice fantasy wise and Stralman adds a 7th man depth to defense...Williams helps fill the void that Perry leaves....Yeah its Corey Perry I hear ya's, but Vancouver is shooting at all cylinders and Perry can move without it hurting us.  Not to mention I don't know if I could or would have resigned Perry this year where as Williams is good for another.  We may make a few more moves to get Vancouver even more ready for the cup but only if it makes sense for the team as compared to previous years where I traded just for the sake of tradeing, we are in it to win it baby!!!

Philadelphia got its stud! Everything on this team is shooting on all cyclinders except for our RWing depth, and adding a stud of Perry's quality (even if for only one season) will push us over the top. In order to do that, we had to move some of our depth on D. But that is fine, as we have a loaded depth chart in that department.

Good dealing again, Gilly! Its always a pleasure ^.^
