Vinny was the centerpiece going to the Hawks. I like em young and risky.
Toughest piece for Boston to give up is Dano whos a scratch n claw kind of player but Morrow and Kevin are worth the asking price!

I like Dano a lot and he's definitely a Hawks type of player. He's a super prospect. Stanton is a solid depth D. Lecavalier gives us a much needed LW with C eligibility and he plays for the right team.  Overall the package we asked for fills a wishlist for the kiddies we're moving.  Chicago is happy!

I like Boston's return better but it's straight up fair and square. Good trade.

Looks even if you consider the longterm value of a guy like Dano who will be a scoring weasel. Stanton is underrated while Vinny is overrated. The players heading to Beantown are great kids. A correction to the trade is gaining 1.3m in cap space not 0.4m.

This is a balanced trade if you drill down and look at the players. I will give the edge to Chicago if Lecavalier plays more than 65 games this season.

This looks good for both sides. Vinny has been pretty solid when healthy this year, and Morrow, Hayes, and Dano all have bright futures.
