 Sabres would like to know if we should move Tyler Pitlick back down to the minors ourselves or if the commissioners should handle that? After the trade was processed on Fantrax he was left on our active roster.

Sharks would like to know if we have enough cap to BO Johan Franzen, $4.0m (2010-2018) in 2014-15? I believe it works out to 4m x 4yrs remaining = 16m total owing x 66.66% reg.BO rate = 10.6m (2014-15) 1yr BO 10.6m - 4m what he's owed as a player on our active roster which means we need 6.6m in cap space to complete this 1yr BO. Can you guys confirm whether Sharks have room? Thanks! Also are we allowed to use the offseason 10% extra cap to complete the buyout? I recall it was a No for BOs but OK for trades, extensions etc.

I think my Buffalo Sabres also need a cleansing. Pascal Dupuis, $6.0m (2014-2018) receives a 3yr buyout and will run us 5.3m through 2017. Daniel Cleary, $1.1m (2014-2016) gets his walking papers too. 1yr b/o for 1.4m (2014-2015) Rob Scuderi, $1.2m (2013-2016) also receives a 1yr b/o for 1.5m (2014-2015) That feels much better! A good solid cleansing.

One Michael Richards will soon be hitting the Free Agent market once my San Jose Sharks buy him out. That's your heads up!
Mike Richards, $5.8m (2010-2018) Sharks will buy Mike out over 3yrs through 2017 at 5.1m We also buyout Nazem Kadri, $7.4m (2014-2018) over the life of his contract which means a b/o cap hit of 4.9m through 2018. Finally David Clarkson, $4.5m (2013-2016) doesn't deserve that stellar deal and will get a buyout over the remainder of his contract at a b/o cap hit of 2.9m through 2016. Can we put a placeholder for the Nathan Horton FA discount?
