The Oilers claim their first ever Franchise NHL Presidents Trophy going 77-4 during the 2019-20 Franchise NHL regular season.    It was a two team race with Edmonton overtaking Nashville mid-season and never looking back.

Oilers built their contender through the draft with the likes of Jack Eichel, Matthew Tkachuk, Sam Reinhart, and Rasmus Dahlin anchoring the team for years to come.

From worst to first. It was a long road, but worth the wait. Team improved every year. Montreal was the third team in the race. Still going to take some work to finish the deal. I did manage to beat them both this week, but its going to be harder to beat them to win the cup

Jonathan deserves this year’s Presidents Trophy. No one has worked harder and longer. I remember when Jonathan took over that team, it was ugly. Today the FNHL Oilers are a powerhouse. Well done!
