I can get behind that, I would not claim anything you didn't want. Let the league rule on forcing your hand, I feel confident your logic prevails.

Hopefully there are few rosters built up just for the expansion draft.

I recognize your efforts policing the expansion draft a bit more yourself, it was a challenge and you stepped up. PPG and PR are up to the task of making this a great expansion effort. Good Luck and happy shopping

I have some recommendations from my team that you maybe weren't thinking about - Van Reimsdyk sounds like a Knight am I right?

Fantasy and real life is night and day. No team in real hockey would have 13 NHL players of the 23 they're allowed. No team would have 10 prospects, who are not ready for NHL.

Yeah, I bought out a few guys that I could of exposed, but I did it only thinking about the Edmonton Oilers. That is the only team that matters to me. I wanted cap off the books. I could buyout Igor too.  He is one of a few long shots on my NHL roster. That is what rebuilding a team is all about, finding players who can contribute at a value.

Yeah these rules have been in place from the beginning there's no way to change anything now. Teams have been planning their strategies with the draft in mind for months.

Vegas will have a good d and great goaltending and most importantly  tons of cap room.

Daddy have fun building. I'm expecting vegas to be in the hunt next year  :winner:

Exposing another player and buying out Igor.

I changed my mind on buying him out, he still has real value at that contract. All it takes is one team to bring him back over.

Similar to Edmonton, Vegas will not be drafting Jokipakka.

Sorry but won't happen. Great list though.

  • Brent: Thank you.  Yes, I agree.  I do need to break one asset down to 3.  I did that with JJ, went from S tier to 2 A tiers.  Now I need to potentially go from an A tier to 3 Bs or something like that.  I've had some inquiries on Carr, but nothing worth moving him.

  • Daddy: RB is a hard position to nail down. If someone wants to trade me 1-7 for Kamara. Step right up.
