Yes you can send him down, but since he is an experienced player, only if he clears waivers. So you can waive him if you'd like.

Detroit signs Joel Farabee, N/C (0 games) to a 2 year, two-way contract, based on his draft position, #14 overall.

Joel Farabee, $1.2m (2020-21)

We'll also send Mahura down, and call up Farabee as an IR replacement for Manson
