Question: Vegas has 3 extra MiLR players. If we have roster space (3 or more spots) on our Active and reserve roster, can we keep the prospects up in those spots?
When is the schedule published for 20 offseason activities? Does it mirror NHL?
I usually get that schedule up during the pre-season but a little behind this yr.Will be up by mid-Dec or much sooner.
I am looking for a clarification on Milr. If a player has 82 games played at the start of our playoffs, he would still be eligible for minors until the next season? I understand that once they reach 83 games, then they would become a FA. If this happens after our playoffs start, then the player would become a fa after 1 game played in 2020-21. I'd like this written in the rules, otherwise new GM's wouldn't understand how it works in this scenario.
Probably a really dumb question but how we go about finding players that are available to pick in the SDP?
Per PPG on March 2, 2018That's a new date we put into place as a result of the Supplemental Draft. So yes, plan your roster space accordingly and make sure you're team has the needed space to welcome back injured players otherwise, they'll get released on Buyout terms, same for MiLR prospects that need to be called up after 82 games though the MiLR prospects if they're close to 82 games and haven't surpassed 82 by the end of FNHL's regular season they can pass over to 2018-19 to be promoted.
