The strange thing with Aho was how invisible he was to all the web prospect analysts. If you report reports based on other people's reports, that's what happens. The misinformation snowballs. If you just want vids of a player (at least for fantasy and even if you have to make decisions for a team in real life), you can tell whether a player has skills or not. Scouts were really down on him for his size which has turned out to be the trends since 2017 to go small and skilled.
Couple of questions:1. Since Seattle can take up to two (2) MiLR goalies ... can owners protect a MiLR goalie as our goalie (assuming we are also exposing a goalie on the active roster)? The are asking for a friend.
2. Just for clarity ... are we able to protect 7 skaters total (regardless of position ... F/D)? Or is it 7 forwards + 3 defensemen? (The rule just says 7 skaters + 1 Goalie or 8 Skaters, but I saw an example using 7 forwards + 3 defensemen.)
The rule is "12. Must expose 1 Goalie from the regular roster or expose 3 in MiLR if there is no qualifying regular roster Goalie to be exposed,"The rule is "11. Able to protect 7 Skaters and 1 Goalie OR 8 Skaters," - regardless of skater position F or D, C vs W vs D, all count as skaters. Let me know if more clarity is needed. :toast:
This happens a lot with European Skaters. Not as much information available. Aho was a great pick here. The days of sleeping on Finnish prospects might be over though, even the projected number 1 is from there. We miss our on the ground Finnish guy in Johnny.
PPG Question.Take it rule 16. Maximum 4 Entry Level Contract (ELC) players can be protected. Is that of they have to be part of the 7 skaters +1G or 8 skaters each team protects and not that of extra protection spots from them 8 spots.
