* Boston's the favourite in the East now that Toronto has handed Florida a big upset in Rd1.
* NYI vs PIT is going to be close or a blow out for one of those teams
* NYI were the hottest team heading into the playoffs
* Boston was the 2015 Finalists & 2014 FNHL Champs
* Pittsburgh was the 2016 Finalists.

Many nailbiters in Round 1.

The fact FNHL Avs knocked off the defending champs :LAK: is big news. So we'll be crowning a new FNHL Champ for the 1st time in 3 years this coming April. ? :win: ?

Was thinking FNHL :STL-NHL: could mount a comeback on the last day with a goalie geared to start but it was the wrong Minny goalie and NHL Wild failed to pickup the the W.

FNHL Oilers :EDM: had a great showing and couldve beat :PHO: if they had a goalie.

Tough luck season for :TBL: Daddy's roster was riddled with injuries like no other team and their starter turned into a pumpkin after getting traded by the NHL Lightning to be LA's backup.

FNHL Oilers :EDM: had a great showing and couldve beat :PHO: if they had a goalie.

83 points was a pretty solid week for us, although most of it came after it was already decided. I don't think a G would of mattered, because the cost of offensive players (most likely on favorable contracts) to get one would of hurt me much more than help me. My future is certainly better without going after a G. If I can improve my depth, then I will be in a much better position to add a G without killing our offense. Wish me luck! Also, this team will be loaded with cash to help reach that goal.

Oilers have nothing to hang their heads about. Really a banner season all around, went from 27th and broke to 16th and loaded while stacking the farm in the process.
