In the West I'm guessing this scenario

:STL-NHL: vs :CHI-NHL:  >>> :NAS: vs :STL-NHL:  >>> :STL-NHL: Blues


And in the East

:BOS-NHL: vs :WAS-NHL3:  >>> :BOS-NHL: vs :FLO:  >>> :BOS-NHL: Bruins
:NYI: vs :TBL:  >>> :NYI: vs :PIT-NHL:  >>> :NYI: Islanders

I've Got:

LA vs STL  and

BOS vs NYI

The real ECF will be between the Panthers and Bruins though in the second round.

With that said, his Flyers have a realistic shot, but Toronto is going to have to help for either of them to get in!

I think to be realistic, :STL-NHL: Blues and :CHI-NHL: Hawks. Not sure my Preds have the firepower St.Louis does.

Then the East will probably have dark horse :TBL: Bolts brush past their opponents to square off against :PIT-NHL: Pens.

Time will tell but it will all come down to matchups in Rd1.
Kings aren't the dominant force they once were and the West toughened up this yr.
Panthers are fading down the stretch.
Schedule might work against Bruins and NYR.
Avs could be the surprise if they get a good Rd1 matchup.

Least sure of my Eastern picks. It will come down to strength of our goalies and whether injured players return or key players get hit by the injury bug.
