So in 2017-18, there's going to be a new team joining Franchise NHL.
Las Vegas will be joining the PACIFIC DIVISION!
Get ready because there's going to be EXPANSION TEAM rules that impact owner's assets in FNHL!
A new owner will be sought in time for the EXPANSION DRAFT.

Read up gents!
Figure out who you're keeping and who's going to be exposed in the Expansion draft.

Not sure the new team should have the opportunity to draft 3 active goalies. Its a scarce commodity in this league.

Ok question, why should the new team max out his roster? I would think they might want a shot at FA. I know LV will be cherry picking, but i think a roster of 25 is more reasonable.

Yup.  Really.  If anything we should contract.  Its hard enough finding owners.  I'm not a fan of owners having multiple teams either.  Having five open teams and a few teams with dual ownership is not good.  Just my opinion.

Simple answer. We are a deep dynasty league with 30 teams following the NHL's lead and will expand to 31 teams.

It's healthy to throw a wrench into the mix with the expansion draft though I have to say your Flyers might be able to easily protect all its players given how few you have.

As for open teams, normal in any league. Call it "Opportunity" man!

Personally I'm against contraction.
I would not stay in a league that's less than 30 teams.

I'd have no problem with 31 teams if we had 31 owners.  I just don't want to have a 31 team league with 17 owners.
