okay i was confused for some reason, I thought that a contract for a mil total over two years was the same as a mil over one year and it was the total value of the contract that decided who the winning bid was?

I meant to bid $1 mil for Montero but was going to try and spread it over the two years -- if this is not the proper format, then my bid, as it was meant, is $1 mil

A couple of things...

1) All bidding is done in annual salary being offered.  Number of years in a contract is not determined until the bid is final.
2) Do not post new bids in the complete forum.  All pending bids and transactions are to be posted straight in the Transactions forum.
3) Assuming your bid is $1m annual, my bid at $1m is invalid and you are currently the high bidder.
