[Dan Wood]

Reds send

OF Boesch, Brennan, $0.5m (P-n/a)
OF Burrell, Pat, $8m (2010)
+ 7.5 mil from Rays
MI Infante, Omar, $2m (2010)
6-12 CIN (from ATL from MIN from TEX)

for

OF Guerrero, Vladimir, $12m (2010)
X-OF Guerrero, Vladimir, Money from LAA, $-5m in 2010
+ 7 mil
MI Hill, Aaron, $3m (2014)
2-4 NYY (from CHC from PIT)

I have long since sought Aaron Hill - ask everyone who has had him - Oakland, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, and the former GM of the Yankees. I finally land him. Vladdy is a rental. Boesch is young and cheap and has shown he can hit. Infante has scored better than Hill, and Burrell is a useful rental player. Yanks to confirm.

 - side note - Colb please process all of these trades on Fantrax tomorrow, I will not be around until late at night -

The yanks also approve this deal. New york gets younger with the addition of boesch and even a part time infante is an upgrade over the yanks mi

The Reds continue to gear up for a potential pennant run.
