He has been on my board for a while. Fantasy Rundown, has a link to about 10 or 12 different prospect rankings. I read future shock, but prefer other ranking systems.

just double checking, if I bet 1.0m then his contract would be for .5m and a .5m signing bonus correct? He can still be had as a prospect contract though right?b If so...

You can elect to be $0.5m prospect contract or $0.5m (2011). Your bid is valid with the prospect contract and signing bonus.
