Is Trading Allowed?

Chris/Drew - not sure on the deadlines here, but am I allowed to trade?  If so then that appears to be the best way for me to get under the cap.  It shouldn't be a big deal since we are no longer in season.  Also, my Penguins are showing up in red font on the official roster.

Trades are now legal.  Only transactions not legal at this point are UFA signings.  extensions, cuts and trades are all legit.
