What pitchers you looking to deal, Colby?

See the latest posts in my trade block.  I have some guys who will get some innings, and although I could use them, some of them have more value to other teams than the Pirates.

[Paul S.]

Would you be interested in Joel Pineiro for Bobby Abreu?

[lp815]

Sorry Cardinals, the Angels do not have an interest in Pineiro.

Any interest in dealing Morales for a relief pitcher plus a second player?  Let me know if I have any players you're interested in.

Morales is my best trade chip...I'd definitely need a starter in return for him.  Loney peaks my interest also.

November 17th Update:
Angels and picks on the block:

MI Uggla, Dan, $10.5m (2010)
CI Jones, Chipper, $13.5m (2012)
CI Lee, Derrek, $13m (2010) ($3 mil already paid by Cubs)
OF Guerrero, Vladimir, $12m (2010)
MI Rodriguez, Sean, $0.5m (P-2011)
1-8 LAA (from CHC)
2-9 LAA (from CIN)
2-25 LAA

Guerrero, Lee & Uggla are good rentals for anyone looking to compete next year, Jones I would trade for another large salary (preferably an OF) roughly the same as his, since I doubt anyone would take on his hefty contract. Would prefer to cut a bit of salary, so please no offers that would increase my cap.  Open to public talks. :koolaid:

This may help you free up some cash, but how about Damon for Lee and a draft pick without their cash considerations.  The pick is needed since the Pirates would be taking on another $5-$6m in salary.

[lp815]

A solid offer.  Give me a day to think on it, and I'll get back to you.  Would love to see where Damon ends up in real life, but this might be an offer I'll take regardless, and odds are he would go to a strong team anyway.
