Just out of curiosity can we implement something so this trade is based that lindback is a back up and dubnick is a starter can we implement something like its on those conditions as for now but when season starts if dubnick is not a starter there's future considerations ie a pick or if Lindback is the starter a pick?

I see both sides of the approval and the veto...but I actually see this as approvalable even tho Chicago wins, I have no faith in Nail, and right now Dubby is the starter, I get they are looking otherwise but right now, right this second he is the starter......It would be like I can't approve a Crosby deal because he could get another concussion and be out!!

If ifs and buts were candy and nuts this would be a bad deal but currently Dubnyk is in the best position to be the starter on a much improved Edmonton team. Lindback will be a back up who starts around 25-30 games. The wild card is Nail as if he lights it up then Tony wins this easy as he gets solid starts and an all-star caliber player if not then Nelly gets a starting goalie in a league where they are hard to come by. In the Backyard you have to take risks or else you'll never be more than average and for that reason I . . .

I'm still leaning towards a veto to be honest. I don't see Bishop as a starter over Lindback right now. It's a toss up to me

I just don't see a big difference in Dub and Lindback right now to offset with one of the most promising young players in the game

Waiting on approval or not from hockeyfreak47, if he vetos trade will be no good even though there is 3 approvals I want more a unanimous decision.

There is many way we can see this deal and those who are leaning on veto see Lindback as an equal or better than Dubnyk . the fact is that right now Dubnyk is a starter and Lindback is a backup in the last 3 years Linback played 62 games and Dubnyk 120 games looks clear to me who is the starter and who is the backup . To get a starter here you have to pay the price and for it was a backup and a top rookie .
