2013 Keeper Deadline

The deadline to select your draftee keepers is July 22nd at 12:01AM (Sunday night).  I wanted to give a little extra time since so many people vacation this time of year.  After the 21st we'll set up the Supplemental draft, we should be able to start that week if all goes well.  After the draft we'll open up FA.

Is there a list of teams who havent submitted their keepers?

Feel free to bug the owenrs so we can roll the supplemental sooner

And just to clarify since we had a bunch of teams change logos but not this years picks.  What teams where not represented at the draft?  Just doing my homework.
