Top 60 draft picks - list

I agree with Dan. If thats what were gona use as a guide it needs to be posted. preferably sooner the better, that way the people trying to acquire picks can see what the value would be

Here this site, it is very useful.  The only it does not do is tell who signed and who didn't.

Thanks Rob, but the problem still remains that we are using someone's rankings as the jump off for what it is going to cost us to sign our draft picks - I believe it is BP. We as GM's need to see those particular rankings prior to the draft. Since the trade deadline is just about over, I think it is best to post this list in the near future, so people can start working on their draft strategies, and to get a feel for the rankings.

Yes the list needs to be published and cemented well before the draft.  Colby had suggested BP back when we wrote the rules, but if no one has an account then any source will do - we just need to post it and have the RC approve that it looks like a good representation.

I think more than a handful of people in this league have an account with BP. But if I am wrong, or if no one wants to share it, I will jump on the grenade and pay the 4.95 for the month to use it. But, that is if we want to use it. Since the draft itself is not an accurate representation of talent and rankings.

That was my main pt., get others prepared.  I know there is still the rankings list needed, but this can help unfamiliar managers get prepared.

By the way, I am wondering when the draft will take place. Does it start in the off-season or before? If the latter, what happens if the draft doesn't end before the offseason starts? It's a concern because the trading restriction is no longer in place during the offseason and teams could conceivably be trading their draft picks.

Teams may not trade until after the draft as the draft is considered to be a part of the 2010 season.

I agree with Dan.  It's time for someone to buy an account with BP and post this info.  I'm willing to share the cost just to move this along.  Since the RC came up with the idea, we should fund it.
