I just realized I never defined the end of a season in the constitution.

The last day of the World Series is the last day of the season. Any transactions posted after this day will be considered part of the following season. This includes free agents. Funds will be deducted from next year's pool.

Are you going to provide a list of who is able to be extended?  Do we have an idea of when the list of 2013 free agents will be available?  Will that be sooner or closer to free agency?

The list would be quite long. What I can do is to give you guys the cutoff and refer you to the list of all players on Fantrax.

List of 2013 free agents will not be before the end of the AFB World Series. If I had to estimate, I'd say sometime in late October. I'd like to get the Amateur Draft started first.

Traded draft picks have not been incorporated into this list yet.

Don't have exact start date yet. It'll be late October. Everybody should make sure they have room in their minor leagues for additional players. Don't forget that the new age limits will be enforced for 2013. I'll update the spreadsheet with the new rules for ages.

Continues until all GM's pass on their picks. GM's are limited by the number of minor league roster openings.
