Organization of trade blocks on forum

Anybody have any preferences to how they want to see the trade blocks organized? Some people think it could use some work so GM's can better find them, which I agree with. Here are some ideas:

1. A single thread stickied on the main AFB forum. Each team would make one post/reply on the thread and update that post as time goes along.

2. Each GM posts on their team thread in the rosters forum. I would then create a stickied post on the main forum with a link to each team's trade block.

Any preferences? Open to other suggestions as well.

It would seem to me that choice #2 would be easier to manage?  One thread with all trade blocks could become quite a number of pages, and a bit confusing.  Teams would really have to work at keeping it updated, and repost to make it fresh.

Either is preferable to each team creating a separate thread, IMO.

From the sound of everything, I would have to disagree with Dick.  I think that option 1 sounds easier.

I think you should do whichever option is easier for you, which I would think is #1. Either choice will be easier for us than the current system.

Work load is the same for both. In both, I create a post with links to each person's trade block. In #1, you see everybody's trade block in one thread and scroll through everybody. In #2, each person's trade block is in the same thread as their roster.

The key is for everybody to Modify their trade posts when updating instead of doing a new reply. This way the link stays the same.

IF, you are able to get everyone to simply 'modify' their trade block post instead of a new reply post, this would work quite well.

I would tend to lean towards the second option.

I'm going to merge everybody's trade block posts (first posts of their threads only) into a single thread. aka Option 1.
