You would think adding commas is one of the easier things to do but it's not. This is due to the salary cell being in a "currency" format and when Excel grabs the number, it only sees the value - no commas or $. I had added the $ myself in the forum code to each forum cell. What we can possibly do is instead of showing the salary in units of dollars, we can do it in units of millions of dollars. For example, it would show $.4 for for $400,000 or $5.2529 for $5,252,900. Let me know if you guys prefer this.Any other comments on the look and feel? Now is the time to voice your opinion.Going back to displaying the last year of the contract, for the most part 5 years is enough because the maximum new contract is 5 years. The rookie contracts are 6 years and we have some pre-exisiting long term contracts. If I shrink the text size, I may be able to fit the 6th year in, so we'd be cover for 99% of the players. Not sure how people's visions are though so might not be a good change.Writing out the last year of the contract would probably entail cutting the display from 5 years to 4 years. I'm not sure if that's a good idea (if it's even possible to code).
