Breaking News Chicago Post Reports

Breaking News out of Chicago


Breaking News out of the Baseball world with the Chicago Post reporting Chicago Cubs have signed Kris Davis to become the new General Manger of the Cubs. Kris has been around the league a couple times with a short stop in New York Mets and with the Seattle Mariners where he left abrutly in the middle of the night to live out a childish dream to become the GM of the Cubs. Kris did make some big moves in Seattle to bring in David Wright and Kinsler to boost their hitting but injury has hit their pitching staff hard. Kris said during the press conferonce that nobody on the team is safe and their might be changes coming soon in the windy city. Also he said this team has alot of potinal and after a couple moves this team might sneak in the playoffs and turn some heads but Davis knows that no organzation is good unless they have a really good farm system to pick players from and that is one of the first things he will take care of. At the end of the press conferonce Kris said be prepaired for a very fun season and more interviews and press conferonce out of the windy city.

Breaking News out of Chicago Espn is reporting that the Cubs are in serious talks with teams on moving future all star Short stop Sterling Castro. GM Kris Davis has been in his war room all evening reciving calls,txt and emails from other Gm's around the league to get Castro on their team. Davis was seen for a brief second getting his deep dish pizza from the deliver man. A annocument will be made at 8pm est time on the winning team will be.

Post Game Report from Chicago Week 3

The Cubs ownership is very happy this week.First this week they got a new Gm in Kris Davis from the Seattle area. Kris has had a busy week in doing all nighters doing trades to start getting this team to his liking. Kris added key players to the lineup and to the starting rotation and also building up the farm system thats has been destroyed. What makes the Owner really happy is that the Cubs was losing before Kris got there and was losing when they signed him but the Week 3 is over and just squeezed by the Giants right on the last day. Looking forward this week the Cubs going against the padres and is ready for the challenge. Right now in the NL Standings the Cubs are ranked 6th overall and is just two spots away making a playoff spot.
