Cubs do this as I consolidate picks for prospects that have more info on them to help my farm system. I also pick up an arm that will help plug and play in Blackburn. I included a few later picks and Tinoco so I can get some cap help as well as I am on the line.

After a good back and forth I think this trade helps CIN turn a few prospects that I like and a SP into multiple picks this year and next to help with the rebuild.

As part of this trade I will accept ARB 2 for Tinoco.

You just extended Blackburn, he can't be traded. Players with a red 6/1 on their names can't be traded until then. This is to prevent sign and trades which doesn't happen in real life
