Accpet. After a wild turn of events Vlad is on his way to Houston. This deal is centered around Altuve who has a massive contract, but the talent is worth it in my opinion given I do have cap space. I decided to go Tampa route originally but mix up on player already traded plus Houston upping this offer significantly lead to this new trade. Gurriel as a 2nd piece is huge and main reason I do this. I insisted on also getting Urquidy as I like what I've seen so far and also very intrigued by Rojas in Arizona now. Pressley is overpaid for a RP but elite so decided to take him. Rest of the pieces are mostly depth and mid/lower end specs.
