Phillies need pitching bad and Miley fits the bill.  Gilbert is a off to a great start in the minors and was tough to give up but I'm pushing to win this year.  I'm hoping Miley continues his resurgence through the playoffs this year.

Astros confirm.  I shopped Miley for awhile and this deal gets me what I want for the Astros.  Gilbert is perfect and will fit right in with my young team headlines by Bellinger and Eloy.  Thanks for the negotiations Chris.
