2016 Draft is complete

60 picks in 8 days - not too shabby.  I really like doing this on Fantrax.  It seems to go by faster overall.  And it's nice that I don't have to add players on Fantrax.  What are your thoughts?  Should we continue using the Draft Room or go back to doing a thread based draft?

I much prefer the draft room. It also streamlines the process when it comes to skipping teams.  Nobody has to monitor the time, when it is up for people, then email the team that got skipped and the next team up.  The system just skips them and emails the next team up immediately.  Easy squeezy.

I think the draft room works well and I'm glad that it saves some manual effort.

I love the Fantrax drafting ... Even though I totally missed it last year.

Searching for available players is easy and checking how many NHL games they have played is easy as well

Add on that you can queue up your players to be taken right away if you're away, and I think it's easy to say keep doing it on Fantrax!

There is but you cant use the draft app,  you have to go to players >  and under status use "minors fantasy available"  that will list out ever player under the 40games played. 

note, it wont work now because Rob already switched it back to a free league but for the last two drafts I have been setting up minor league eligibility options to making searching the eligible players easy.
