I generate all-time stats using 3 criteria - regular season wins, fantasy points and standings.  These figures can all be found in the General Stats thread above.  Playoff performance is weighed heavily as it factors into both the final standings and fantasy points.  I think with 10 playoff spots this makes sense.  Here are the rankings after the 2015/16 season.  The full standings with awards can be found at the Team/GM History thread. 

Anaheim tightens its grip on the all-time #1 spot.  While Carolina and St Louis have moved up to the #2 and #3 spots.
