Willing to move draft picks for decent prospects.

Reason for this is that it was explained to me that for the supplemental draft, players with 1-39 games of NHL experience that aren't on any of our rosters can be drafted, but can't be picked up in Free Agency.
So it's a good way for competing teams to add $0.2m players to their teams!
