How is our playoffs going to work,  will it be purely based off of the record or our place in our divisions?

The division winners will get the top playoff seeds then the 4 next best records.

Hey, maybe we bump it to 10 total teams in the playoffs.  Half of the NHL teams make the playoffs why not half of ours?

That doesn't appear to be possible on Fantrax for some reason.

What is the tiebreaker between 2 teams?  It appears that more than a few teams might end up with the same record.  Would you just go by the most amount of Fantasy Points For.  That would seem like it is the easiest.

Thanks for asking since I've been meaning to fix this.  Tiebreakers work as follows:

Standings Tie Breakers
1. Most fantasy points for entire season
2. Head-to-head record

Before, H2H was the first tiebreaker which was incorrect.  This is fixed so the "Combined Standings" will now reflect this.

To increase the number of teams on fantrax that make playoffs you have to change the last scoring period under the playoffs tab to week 22 (Feb 27 - mar 4).  After that you should be able to do 10.
I think it give the top 6 teams a bye for the 1st week, the bottom 4 playoff and winners move on to make your 8 team playoff.
