I went through and looked at potential allstars via top 100 position players and pitchers for the year.  I adjusted every team based on this data.  Remember, power rankings looks at current MLB production.  Depth, injuries, and future production are taken into account as well.  Teams currently in playoff position are :PHI: :MIL: :LAD: :STL: / :OAK: :NYY: :KC: :TOR:

Grades: [Score, Batting, Pitching]

Week 15 Power Rankings
1) :PHI: - (98-14) [97.43%/A/A] - Leads rest of MLB by 5 games
2) :LAD: - (90-22) [95.57%/A/A] - Significant adjustment for pitching (1)
3) :NYY: - (78-34) [93.70%/A/A-] - Yanks maintain top AL ranking after adjustments (-1)
4) :MIL: - (93-19) [91.73%/B+/A] - Same as Dodgers (1)
5) :STL: - (86-26) [87.04%/B/A-] - Cards back in wildcard lead (4)
6) :TOR: - (71-41) [87.00%/B/B] - Blue Jays receive highest ranking since (perhaps) 2010 (1)
7) :PIT: - (77-35) [86.70%/B+/B] - Can't catch a break in toughest division (5)
8) :OAK: - (85-27) [85.96%/B+/B-] - Worst week of the year for the A's (1-7) (-2)
9) :KC: - (75-37) [85.13%/B/B] - Royals have been losing a bit more, could make race interesting (-1)
10) :COL: - (83-29) [85.10%/B+/C+] - Rockies fall behind Cards in wildcard race (-6)
11) :CLE: - (65-47) [84.83%/B/B-] - Indians make up 6 games (-1)
12) :ATL: - (61-51) [81.07%/C/B+] - Tough break for Bravos this year (1)
13) :DET: - (55-57) [80.40%/B/C] - Solid week by Tigers gives them shot at 3rd place in division (they also received major adjustment in rankings) (9)
14) :TEX: - (66-46) [78.70%/C+/C] - Rangers need three more weeks like this, need Blue Jays to fall (-3)
15) :ARZ: - (63-49) [78.57%/C+/C+] - Diamondbacks may not make wildcard, but are showing solid performance in tough NL (1)
16) :BOS: - (59-53) [77.47%/C/B-] - Red Sox lost some steam (-2)

21) :HOU: - (49-63) [73.40%/C/C](-2)
22) :SEA: - (28-84) [73.27%/C/C] - Adjusted significantly for offense and pitching (2)
23) :SF: - (35-77) [72.28%/D/B] - Pitching adjusted upward
24) :CHC: - (24-88) [70.06%/C+/D](1)

  • Jwalkerjr88: It was dallas. I think he missed the playoffs that year. Then used the draft picks on the 2021 class. Every pick was the 32nd pick (dont remembee what the other 1st became)
  • Jwalkerjr88: Idk if anyone remembers the 2021 class but it was weak on offense outside or the top 10-15. I dont regret the deal just learned and move on. As long as you have assets, you can mold your build how you want. Picks are usually the most valuable asset because most gms want in on a draft.
