Phillies agree to pay Hamels in full for 2014, and $10m per year in 2015 and 2016.

Phillies receive:
OF Piscotty, Stephen, $0.5m (P-n/a)   
SP Glasnow, Tyler, $0.5m (P-n/a)   

Mariners do this to pick up another solid SP in our push to make a playoff run this year.

Phillies are sad to see Cole go and we thank him for his service.  I'm paying a lot of money on him but I still save a few bucks on him the next two years and I think I got a nice replacement in Glasnow.  I like Piscotty a lot.  Phillies rebuild is just about complete.
