Help Needed

Hey guys so I went to do the rosters last night and got overwhelmed. I am looking for you guys to give me some help in getting these up to date. I have one idea but if you guys have others that would make this as quick and easy as possible let me know.

Here is my idea
1. Each GM will post the players and contracts of the players who are not on their current roster on ProFSL. This will make it so I am just adding/removing players from your current roster and not going through the billion transactions there is.
Please post in the right format. Example:
Taylor Hall, $10.0m (2014-15)

If you have other ideas let me know, if not post your players below.

I have been keeping my roster up to date on my trade block page under the roster page. You can basically copy and paste mine.

For the teams that do not post updates, you could go to their league page on fantrax and fix the roster faster with that as a guide. Tony has been doing a good job of keeping that up to date.

I think mine is just abt right under my TB as well, just no contracts listed as I havent had much time .

Mines pretty simple Drew. All the forwards stay as they are. A couple changes at Def.........

1) Released Oyduya as IR for Pitkanen. This gives me .7m in cap as I was paying him the difference.
2) Call up and use Adam Larrsson as IR for Pitkanen.
3) Put Jay Harrisson on IR.
4 Call up Andrea Bennoit as Harrissons IR replacement.

Detroit needs this revision done to make their roster up to date: Place P.A. Parenteau, $3.0m (2015-16) on IR. Add -  Jacob Trouba, $2.0m (2015-16) & Robert Bortuzzo, $0.2m (2014-15) as IR replacements.
