International players eligible for draft.

This might be a dumb question, but are the international players going to be a part of the 30 round amateur draft or is that held separately?

I couldn't find any information of when the international free agents will be drafted. Sorry if it's posted and I just didn't find it.

Only players drafted in the 2013 MLB draft are eligible.  Plus they must have signed within the allotted time with their teams.

I have seen this information. So the international players will be drafted along with all of the other amateur players at the same time?

There is no draft for international players. They will be bid on in July of next year.

The rules as I understand are this.

On July 2nd 2014, you will be able to sign international free agents signed by MLB teams from July 2nd 2013 to the current date post July 2nd 2014.

Yes. Then until the end of the fiscal year you will be able to sign any international player that signs. So basically from July 2-Sept 30th or thereabouts.
